Aedis Real Estate Group is focused on the acquisition, rehabilitation, and development of affordable housing throughout the United States, either for its own account or as an adviser to others. Since 2011, Aedis members have participated in the acquisition of 12 properties totaling just under 1,900 units at a cost of over $117 million and overseen the rehabilitation of over $58 million in capital improvements. Aedis has completed these financings, primarily using tax-exempt bonds and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, in six different states.
Aedis forms strategic alliances to cover all aspects of providing affordable housing, from predevelopment funding, the arrangement of construction and permanent financing, the development of construction or rehabilitation plans and oversight, short and long-term project guarantees, and asset management.
