The upcoming mixed-use project will feature 145 apartments along with 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Luxury tenant amenities are set to include a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, saltwater pool, and pet spa.

The mixed-use project features 17 apartments above 1,735 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project also includes a common roof deck and 12 parking spaces.

Wakefield Property Acquired for $34 Million The Harvard Mills office facility in Wakefield, MA has been acquired by Taurus Investment Holdings for $34 Million. Harvard Mills is a Class B office complex located in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Consisting of two connected brick-and-beam style office buildings, it was originally constructed to be a woolen mill in the early 1900s.

The Watson Refinanced for $36.35 Million The Watson in Quincy has been refinanced via MassHousing for $36,351,000. The property features a 140-unit mixed-income apartment community that opened in Fall 2018 in Quincy. The Watson features eight studios, 85 one-bedroom, and 47 two-bedroom units. 26 units are offered at market rate, 86 are offered to households earning 110% of area median income (AMI) and 28 are offered to households earning 50% of AMI.

Construction Kicks off for 289 Unit Project in Woburn Construction is now underway for the upcoming mixed-use project at 120 Commerce Way in Woburn. The new building will feature is 289 luxury units along with 9,390 square feet of commercial restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. The site is walking distance from the Anderson Regional Transportation Center (Anderson RTC), which serves Boston’s downtown and other regional destinations via the MBTA Commuter Rail and Amtrak Downeaster rail lines.

Newton City Council Approves Northland's Mixed-Use Project Last night the Newton City Council approved the 14 building mixed-use project Northland has planned for the 22+ acre site on Needham and Oak Streets. The project will include a total of 800 housing units (140 of which will be affordable), 180,000 square feet of office space and 115,000 square feet of commercial space. Plans also call for 10 acres of open space including 8 new parks plus a mobility hub that will offer free electric shuttle service to the Newton Highlands MBTA Station.

The upcoming 195 unit rental building will replace a former industrial building along Second Avenue in Waltham. Units will range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms and 49 will be designated affordable.

Interior Finishing Wrapping Up for First Units at The Cove in Hingham Interior finishing is nearly complete for the first units at The Cove in Hingham with the first residents expected to move in on December 1st.  The project features 220 apartments ranging in size from 1-3 bedrooms currently priced at $2410 through $5445 per month. Units feature kitchen islands with breakfast bars, dual sink vanities, and walk-in closets.  Resident amenities will include a media lounge, sky lounge, fitness center, and pool.
