We were recently awarded the HVAC contract by DCAMM for Roxbury Community College’s major campus renovation.

We have extensive partnering experience with several major Construction Contractors including but not limited to:

•             Partnering with Suffolk Construction on the newly built Seaport District Element Hotel; the fit out of Target-Fenway; upgrades and renovations at MIT building W70 and recently we were awarded a fit out of the Trader Joes in Allston.

•             Partnering with Consigli Construction on the 121 Portland Street Condo conversion project; Middlesex Community College Academic Arts Center renovation and recently a 200+room hotel project.

•             Partnering with Built Rite Construction on the new Chauncy Street Housing Project in downtown Boston; recently awarded Gateway Residences on Washington project in Lynn.                

General Air performed as the General Contractor for the City of Boston Finland and Woods-Mullen Buildings by removing the buildings from the Boston Medical Center’s central power plant and installing an independent heating/cooling plant for the buildings. Most recently we decentralized the Boston Housing Authority’s South Street Development to include the installation of 9 independent heating plants comprised of heating, plumbing and brand new DDC controls.
