- Fee-Based Advisory and Development Management Services – for third parties generally in the healthcare, non-profit, education, and corporate sectors.
- At-Risk Development – the acquisition of land and/or buildings for redevelopment for our own account, in conjunction with investors, via an opportunistic market based approach.
