Westford Development Secures $33.98 Million in Construction Financing
The development at 2 Robbins Road in Westford, MA has secured $33,983,525 million in construction financing from Cambridge Savings Bank.
Proposed at Two Robbins Road, would build 180 rental units including 18 three-bedroom townhouses and 162 garden-style apartments of which 20 percent would be affordable. There would be two four-story apartment buildings, four townhouse buildings, one clubhouse with a pool and a parking area. The development would be built on approximately 8.8-acres.

Units are available for move in now at Hanover Cambridge Park with the final section of the project nearing completion. The development features 254 apartments just steps from Alewife Station. Resident amenities include bike storage, a fitness center, and courtyard space. 130 parking spaces are reserved for residents at the neighboring garage. Medford Zoning Board Approves Updated Project at 61 Locust StreetThe Hanover Company has received approval from the Medford Zoning Board for a 350-unit mixed use project at 61 Locust Street. The five-story project will include 5,850 sf of commercial space, studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and a common courtyard for residents. This approval comes after controversy surrounding the original Equity Residential proposal put their larger, 490 unit, multiple building, project in jeopardy. The Hanover Company has hosted numerous neighborhood meetings on the project and has committed to preserving green space on the Cummings Street side of the property.

Immediate plans for the site have not been released, however, the parcel is situated in a high traffic area at the intersection of Concord Rd (MA-RT 225) across from Boch Honda West and a Dunkin' Donuts.

Wood framing underway at 88 CambridgePark Drive apartments in West Cambridge
The wood-framed superstructure of 88 CambridgePark Drive, a two-building, 294,000-square-foot residential and retail development by The Hanover Company located steps from Alewife Station, is about to top off at six stories tall. Facade weatherproofing and window installation are both underway. The building will contain 254 apartment residences and 7,700 square feet of ground-floor retail, including a cafe. Hanover Alewife luxury apartments near opening
Hanover Alewife is just about complete as the 213-residence luxury apartment community prepares for its' opening this Spring. The building's interior and exterior are both nearly finished, and landscaping work is underway. Hard hat tours of Hanover Alewife are now being offered, and leasing of apartments has begun. Foundation work is well underway at 88 CambridgePark Drive, and the vertical concrete structure that will frame out the development’s ground-floor retail podium is out of the ground. Following completion of the podium, five stories of wood framing will be built above to complete 88 CambridgePark Drive's six-story structure. 88 CambridgePark Drive will feature 254 apartment residences and 7,700 square feet of retail. 490 residential apartments approved for construction in Medford along Mystic RiverBanker and Tradesman reports that the City of Medford has approved Equity One's 562,508 square foot mixed-use development project at 61 Locust Street in Medford for construction. The project site is located along the Mystic River at the site of a former Shaw's supermarket. The project will contain 490 residential apartments with 12,000 square feet of amenity space and 4,000 square feet of flex space. Apartments will range from 440 to 1,300 square feet in size with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations. 10% of apartments will be designated affordable.A 3,000 square foot Eastern Bank branch will be constructed at ground level. Three new buildings will be built at 61 Locust Street ranging from 4 to 6 stories tall.
