Site Clear for 2nd Phase of Packard Crossing
Demo of a commercial building at 45-55 Brighton Ave. is complete and the site is now clear for Phase 2 of Packard Crossing. This new building will feature a below-grade parking garage with 175 spaces, 3,050 square feet of retail space, plus 76 apartments. The first phase of the project, along Gardner Street, features 38 apartments and parking for 39 cars.

Construction Continues on The Redevelopment of the Powder House School in Somerville
Construction is ongoing for the redevelopment of the Powder House school building near Teele Square in Somerville. Modifications to the materials and arrangement of portions of the facade were approved last month by the Somerville Planning Board. When complete the project will feature 48 apartments along with over 11,000 square feet of commercial space and ample open, green space. 48 vehicle parking spaces and 118 bike spaces will also be located on-site.

Demo Permit Pulled for Phase II of Packard Crossing
Hamilton Construction Management has pulled a permit to demo the existing 1-story commercial building at 45-55 Brighton Avenue in Allston. Removal of the building will make way for phase II of Packard Crossing. The new building will feature 76 units, 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a below-grade parking garage with 175 spaces.

Cambria Hotel South Boston Now Open
South Boston’s newest hotel, The Cambria, is now open. This upscale hotel features 159 guest rooms inspired by the South Boston neighborhood, the local art scene, and the natural beauty of New England. The hotel offers an array of amenities including a 2,400 square foot gym with Gronk Fitness equipment, 4,000 square feet of meeting space, plus a ground floor restaurant and rooftop lounge, Six \ West. Final Touches Wrapping Up for Cambria South Boston: Opening August 16th
The finishing touches are underway for the Cambria Hotel in South Boston. The 159 boutique hotel is set to open next month on August 16th. Facade Install Nearly Complete for 1st Phase of Packard Crossing
Facade install is almost complete for the first phase of the Packard Crossing development in Allston. This first phase integrates the new four-story building into the existing Victorian house on the site and will feature 38 apartments. Underneath the building, a parking garage was also constructed with space for 39 cars. The second phase of the project will construction another larger building along Brighton Avenue to feature 76 units and around 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail along with another 175 parking spaces.
