200 Unit Residential Project Being Planned for 780 Morrissey Blvd Site
Michaels Development is planning a six-story, 200 unit apartment building at 780 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester. The project would include a mix of studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units along with amenity space. A representative from Michaels told The Dorchester Reporter that they plan to purchase the site from Phillips Family Properties but Phillips will still maintain an ownership stake in the new project. An LOI is expected to be filed by the end of this month.
