23 Units of Affordable Senior Housing Approved in North End
Affirmative Investmests, Inc. and East Boston Community Development Corporation received approval from the Boston Planning Board earlier this week for their redevelopment of the Knights of Columbus building in the North End. The renovations will create 23 units of affordable senior housing, a mix of studio and bedrooms. The rehab of the building will also allow for meeting space for the Knights of Columbus and a community event space in the basement of the building.
