Construction Continues at MIT's 290-292 Main St.
Various stages of construction are ongoing at MIT's 290-292 Main Street project. The tower's higher modern level, where the graduate student housing will be located, has moved on to interior finishings while the ground-level retail space is actively undergoing construction and historical restoration of the exterior. When complete the building will feature 450 student housing units plus a childcare facility and around 10,000 square feet of retail space.
