37-43 North Beacon Street Development Approved
The Boston Planning Board has approved the new development on North Beacon Street in Allston. The project will consist of a new five-story building at the corner of North Beacon Street and Everett Street containing 72 rental apartments. A second four-story building within the development will hold 9 condominiums. Plans also include 43 parking spaces and bike storage.
The development team hopes to start construction late next year with a 12-14 month completion time line.
