40 Rugg Road Acquired for $17.4 Million
The development site at 40 Rugg Road has been acquired by The Michaels Organization for $17.4 million.
The approved $107 million, 270,170-square-foot mixed-use development located steps from the Boston Landing commuter rail station featuring two 6-story buildings containing 265 rental apartment residences and 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space. Residences would include 86 studios averaging 460 square feet, 122 one-bedrooms averaging 640 square feet and 57 two-bedrooms averaging 990 square feet.
