New Mixed-Income Building Proposed in Mattapan
Caribbean Integration Community Development and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs have proposed a 40 unit new construction development on the city owned land at 872 Morton Street. Plans for Morton Station Village call for 31 affordable rental units and 9 deed-restricted affordable condominiums. The Proposed Development will be adjacent to the Stephen P. Odom Serenity Garden. There will also be 30 parking spaces on site and 1,000 sf of community space.
