421-425 Market Street Project Now Under Review
The renovation and expansion of the existing commercial property at 421-425 Market Street in Brighton is now under review. Plans call for the addition of 4 stories to the building to feature 23 residential units. The ground floor commercial space would be renovated and increased in size to 1,253 square feet with increased ceiling height. The project would also include parking for 24 cars and a common roof deck.
