65 Unit Affordable Housing Development Under Review in JP
The proposed mixed-use project at 1595-1599 Columbus Avenue in JP is now under review. Plans call for the demolition of the existing buildings on the site and the construction of a new 6-story, approximately 80,000 square foot building. The project would include around 65 affordable apartments and 4,000 square feet of non-residential space on the ground floor. The ground-floor space is currently envisioned as a workspace for artists, office space to activate the streetscape.
