72 Unit Project in West Roxbury Under Official Review
The proposed multi-family development at 11 - 26 Heron Street in West Roxbury is now under official review. The proposal calls for the construction of approximately seventy-two residential units between two multifamily buildings on both sides of Heron Street. The project would also include 57 interior garage parking spaces and 28 surface parking spaces. The residential units currently planned include 48 two-bedroom and 24 one-bedroom units.
