75 State Street Trades for $635 Million
The high-rise building located in the Financial District of Boston has been acquired by Rockpoint Group for $635 million.
The building was designed by Gund Architects of Boston, in association with Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. The 31-story building rises to a height of 390 feet and has a floor area of 1,001,990 square feet. Amenities include a lobby shop; Brooks Brothers Men's and Women's located in the building, a 5,000 square foot tenant-only fitness center, a 10,000 square foot tenant-only green roof terrace, and a public underground parking garage for 700 cars which includes auto detail and car wash services
