75 Units and a Brewery Proposed in Quincy's Wollaston Center
Developer, Bayfort Holdings, has proposed a mixed-use project at 21-29 Beale Street in Wollaston Center. The project would include 75 residential units along with four retail spaces, the largest of which would be a two-story space that could house a brewery and taproom. The proposal also includes a two-story parking garage at the rear of the site along with widened sidewalks along Beale Street. The site is just a few blocks from what will be the new Wollaston MBTA Station.
