BPDA Approves Mixed-Use Project at 9 Burney Street
The BPDA has approved the six-story mixed-use project set for 9-11 Burney Street in East Boston. The new building will include 31 apartments and a 1,900-square-foot ground-floor restaurant. Residences range in size from studios through 2 bedrooms. Amenities will include a penthouse-level common room and a common rooftop terrace. The building will be located minutes from the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orange Line station.
