John Moriarty and Associates

Founded in 1985, John Moriarty and Associates is a construction management firm with offices outside of Boston as well as in Connecticut, Northern Virginia, and Florida. In order to best serve their clients, JMA works with clients extensively during the pre-construction process to ensure that the project meets all expectations in respect to quality, time-frame, and financial goals. The firm has been involved in some of the most notable recent projects in Boston such as the New Balance Center. In addition, JMA is building many of the largest projects currently under construction in the Boston-area such as The Hub on Causeway, The St. Regis Residences, Boston, and EchelonSeaport.

Suffolk Construction

Since 1982, Suffolk Construction has been “building smart”. The construction firm headquartered in Boston also has additional offices in California, New York and Texas. At Suffolk, a major emphasis is placed upon innovation and constantly challenging the status quo. Suffolk has completed numerous projects within the commercial, residential, educational, healthcare and public sectors. In Boston, Suffolk is the general contractor for multiple projects currently in the pipeline such as One Dalton, Encore Boston Harbor, and The Smith South End.

AECOM Tishman

For over a century, AECOM Tishman has completed buildings that are globally renowned and recognized. Whether the firm is constructing a mega-development, supertall office building, or a luxury residential destination, the team works with all stakeholders from project start to finish to ensure a perfect experience. AECOM Tishman is responsible for some of the tallest buildings in the U.S., including One World Trade Center, the tallest tower in the Western Hemisphere. In Boston, the firm is involved with one of the most anticipated projects, Bulfinch Crossing. “Bulfinch Crossing is an unprecedented development in the center of Downtown. It looks to Boston’s future, helping to create a better-connected, unified city. We’re honored to be a part of it,” says Tom Erickson, Executive Vice President of AECOM Tishman.

Consigli Construction

Consigli Construction, headquartered in Milford, MA has been in business for over a century.  This leading construction manager and GC also has offices in Boston, Portland, ME, and Hartford, CT. With four generations of family history behind their name, they consider themselves a local builder who has expanded their reach and thrives on uniquely challenging projects across a wide range of market sectors. Consigli’s work in Boston includes the redevelopment of five historic building at Congress Square along with the new lab/office project, Innovation Square and the upcoming Cambria Hotel in South Boston.

Callahan Construction

Callahan Inc. has been in the construction business for over twenty years. The company was founded on the principles of integrity, quality, service, customer satisfaction and outstanding project management. Callahan is building some of the largest projects just outside of Boston including 500 Ocean Avenue in Revere and Jefferson at Malden Station. They also recently completed Montaje at Assembly Row in Somerville.

Skanska

Established over 70 years ago as Beacon Construction, Skanska has been building in New England since 1946. Their goal is for their projects to make a clear contribution to society and the environment. Skanska has Recently completed 121 Seaport Square, a Class A office building that was sold for $455 million and The Harlo, a 200+ unit luxury building in The Fenway. They also just recently topped off their next office project, Two Drydock in the Seaport.
