New details and renderings for proposed 29-story Fenway tower, construction could start mid-2017
Developer Trans National Properties today filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to construct 2 Charlesgate West, a 29-story, 340 foot tall mixed-use tower in the Fenway neighborhood that would include approximately 295 residential units, 10,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space and 7,500 square feet of office space; the following is a link to the PNF. Trans National Properties anticipates to start construction of 2 Charlesgate West in the second quarter of 2017; construction would take approximately 24-30 months.
