Façade complete at 100 Binney Class A offices in Kendall Square
Façade installation along all sides of 100 Binney’s 10-story facade is essentially complete, as the signature curved curtain wall has reached its’ final height. The construction crew is now focused on completing interior fit-out for upcoming tenants, who will include global biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb, and installing the building’s ground-floor glass storefronts and lobby entry canopy. Final enclosure panels are also being installed along 100 Binney’s rooftop dunnage steel to screen the building’s large rooftop mechanical units. Scheduled for completion this Fall, 100 Binney will bring over 431,500 square feet of Class A office and lab space to Kendall Square’s booming Binney Street corridor.
