Windows and exterior finishes nearly fully installed at 1350 Boylston Street
The 1350 Boylston Street apartment and retail building's envelope is nearly weather tight, with window installation nearing completion and finish panels installed across over half of the Fenway building. At 1350 Boylston Street’s rooftop mechanical penthouse, dunnage steel has been erected to enclose utilities. Opening within the next year, 1350 Boylston Street will feature 212 luxury residential apartments with approximately 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
