Exterior facade nears completion at 1350 Boylston Street
Exterior finish panels and windows have been fully installed along a large section of the upcoming 17-story 1350 Boylston Street apartment and retail tower in the Fenway. HVAC units have been installed on the tower’s roof, and framing of interior spaces is now underway. Moisture-resistant cladding has been installed along nearly the entire facade, and pouring of concrete floors is complete. 1350 Boylston Street is expected to open this fall.
