10 Farnsworth micropile drilling underway
Micropile drilling has commenced at 10 Farnsworth in order to construct the six-story building's foundation. About 50 micropiles will be drilled into the ground to support 10 Farnsworth. Construction of 10 Farnsworth's superstructure is expected to commence this fall; the superstructure is anticipated to top off in early 2017. 10 Farnsworth will be a a nine-unit luxury condominium building with 1,400 square feet of ground-floor retail.
