AC Hotel South End concrete foundation pouring underway
Pile driving is complete at AC Hotel South End, and concrete is being poured to construct AC Hotel South End’s foundation. J. Derenzo Companies is performing foundation excavation. The hotel’s basement level has been built, and concrete foundation walls and footings are being constructed throughout the construction site. AC Hotel South End will be a 200-room AC Hotel by Marriott located in the South End adjacent to the Ink Block development. Guest amenities will include a bar and lounge area, a fitness center, an indoor pool and conference rooms. 63 surface parking spaces will be constructed adjacent to the hotel.
