New renderings revealed of proposed 1000 Boylston Street towers in Back Bay
Proponents Weiner Ventures and Prudential Financial have revealed new renderings of 1000 Boylston Street, a 689,000 square foot Back Bay mixed-use development that would feature two 40-story (566 foot) and 24-story (283 foot) residential towers with ground-floor retail. These renderings are posted above and show the development visible from a number of key Boston points; the two towers are poised to become a key feature of the Boston skyline. The current 1000 Boylston Street proposal calls for 160 condominium residences, 182 apartment residences and 35,000 square feet of retail. The following are renderings of 1000 Boylston Street:
