Siena at Ink Block underground parking excavation underway, condominiums for sale

Siena at Ink Block’s 31-space underground parking garage is just about fully excavated. A retaining wall consisting of H piles and wooden lagging has been installed along the garage’s perimeter to retain the future building’s foundation. A horizontal foundation support system consisting of large-diameter round steel beams has been installed across the garage to further reinforce the foundation. Concrete piles have been driven into the base of the garage to support the future building. Siena at Ink Block, the next phase of National Development’s successful Ink Block development located in the South End’s New York Streets neighborhood, will be an eight-story building featuring 76 luxury condominium units.
