150 Seaport, 124 new condominiums in the Seaport District, approved for construction
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) approved 150 Seaport, a new 22-story glass waterfront tower, for construction. Located in the Seaport District next to recently opened 100 Pier 4, 150 Seaport will contain 124 residential condominiums and 10,700 square feet of retail. 150 Seaport will be located on the present site of the Atlantic Beer Garden and Whiskey Priest bars, both of which will be demolished. Construction of 150 Seaport could commence in the second quarter of 2017. More information about 150 Seaport is posted below.
