1350 Boylston nears weather tightening
1350 Boylston will soon be weather tight and fully sealed. Along a large section of the upcoming Fenway apartment and retail building, exterior finishes are in place over 16 of 17 stories. Final concrete pouring is underway on 1350 Boylston’s top floor. Windows and finish installation systems are installed at the building’s base, and moisture-resistant cladding has been nearly fully installed. The following is an aerial photograph of 1350 Boylston:
