AvalonBay proposes 250 residential units on Washington Street in Brighton
AvalonBay Communities has filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) proposing to construct 250 residential units, including 220 apartments and 30 condominiums, on Washington Street in Brighton located steps to the MBTA Green Line and Brighton Center; the following is a link to the PNF. AvalonBay anticipates to start construction by the end of 2017; construction would last approximately 24 months. Two large development projects, 101-105 Washington Street and the Saint Gabriel's Monastery Redevelopment, are proposed next to the AvalonBay site. The following are renderings of Avalon Brighton:
