16 Boardman Street, 19 new East Boston condominiums, approved
At Thursday (November 17th, 2016)'s board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 16 Boardman Street. Located in East Boston near the Orient Heights MBTA Blue Line station, the $6.2 million building will contain 19 new condominiums. Construction of 16 Boardman Street is anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2017.
