Jamaica Plain development site across from Green Street MBTA sells for $2.75 million


A Jamaica Plain development site consisting of four parcels totaling 22,729 square feet of land was sold yesterday to City Real Estate Development Corporation for $2.75 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. The development site's seller is Raymond J. Obin.

The development site is located at 420-428 Amory Street across from the Green Street MBTA Orange Line station and adjacent to the Bartlett Square development site. City Real Estate Development Corporation, the development site's buyer, is also proposing to build The Stonybrook, a mixed-use building, on a nearby Jamaica Plain development site. A project has not yet been proposed for the development site at 420-428 Amory Street.
