J. Derenzo Companies prepares 100 Federal plaza for new glass atrium
J. Derenzo Companies is at work demolishing the former 100 Federal plaza along Congress Street in Post Office Square to prepare for construction of a glass atrium with retail and a winter garden. Plaza hardscaping has been nearly fully demolished, and construction of the atrium will commence soon. The atrium is anticipated to open in early 2018. The following is a photograph of the atrium construction site:
