Skanska files Letter of Intent to construct new office building at Boston Marine Industrial Park
Skanska has filed a Letter of Intent with the Boston Redevelopment Authority proposing to construct a new eight-story, 230,000 square foot office building with ground-floor retail in Boston's Seaport District; the following is a link to the Letter of Intent. The proposed building would be located at the intersection of Drydock Avenue and Harbor Street on Parcel Q1 of Boston Marine Industrial Park, across from the Innovation and Design Building. The Boston Redevelopment Authority granted Skanska tentative approval to construct an office building on the 36,799 square foot Parcel Q1 in May 2015. The following is a preliminary rendering of the proposed office building:
