New Boston Celtics practice facility at Boston Landing moves forward
The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved 40 Guest Street, a new mixed-use building at Boston Landing, for construction at this month’s board meeting. Construction of the building is expected to commence in fall 2016.
The new six-story building will contain office and retail space as well as the new practice facility of the Boston Celtics basketball team. 40 Guest Street is the next phase of the Boston Landing development project. The following is a link to the Development Plan for 40 Guest Street.
