FoxRock acquires Chinatown parking garage for $33.5 million
FoxRock Properties of Quincy has acquired the 8-story, 513-space parking garage at 14-40 Beach Street in Chinatown for $33.5 million from seller Charles River Realty Investors of Newton. Charles River acquired the garage in March 2011 for $9.4 million; the garage previously sold in June 2007 for $17.9 million. Principal Life Insurance Company provided FoxRock with $20 million of financing for its' acquisition of 14-40 Beach Street.
