1350 Boylston Street nears topping off


1350 Boylston Street, a new mixed-use building in the Fenway, is about to top off at 17 stories tall. Moisture-resistant sheathing is being installed at the tower's base, and concrete has been poured on nearly half of the building's floors. A construction elevator is being assembled along 1350 Boylston Street's facade in anticipation of installation of exterior and interior finishes. 1350 Boylston Street is expected to open in Fall 2017; additional information about 1350 Boylston Street can be found above. The following is a tweet by Girder-Slab showing 1350 Boylston Street's nearly topped-off frame:
