Garrison Trotter Phase II

The Boston Redevelopment Authority gave tentative approval to Windale Developers of Roxbury at last night's board meeting to construct Garrison Trotter Phase II, a residential project consisting of 18 condominiums across four city-owned lots in Roxbury. 12 of the 18 condominiums will be designated affordable. The affordable condominiums will be priced from $250,000 to $400,000 and will be offered to households with a combined income of $60,000 to $100,000, Universal Hub reports.
Universal Hub reports that the affordable condominiums will have a 50-year resale restriction to ensure continued affordability. Garrison Trotter Phase II is still in the design phase.
