Superstructure rising at Allston's Telford 180, residences now on sale

Framing of the first two floors of Allston luxury residential building Telford 180’s 6-story superstructure, built by Dellbrook | JKS, is now complete. Concrete has been poured along the base of Telford 180’s future second floor roof deck, which will feature landscaping, grills and a fire pit. An additional 4 stories of wood framing will now rise into the Allston skyline to construct this distinctive luxury residential building overlooking the Charles River. Telford 180’s enclosed parking area is now installed and will house 84 vehicle parking spaces.

A total of 85 residences including studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms are now available for purchase at Telford 180.
