40 Malvern Street in Allston opening October 1st, over 50% leased

The Hamilton Company's 40 Malvern Street, a new six-story, 48-unit luxury rental residential apartment building located in Allston's Packard's Corner steps to the MBTA Green Line, will open to new residents October 1st. Already over 50% leased, 40 Malvern Street features a mix of one and two-bedroom units. Rents start at $2,100/month for one-bedrooms and $2,500/month for two-bedrooms. Visit 40malvern.com for apartment leasing information.

The $40 million 40 Malvern Street is part of The Hamilton Company's plan to invest $100 million in Packard's Corner over the next 10 years. The Hamilton Company received approval from the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) this month to construct Packard Crossing, a $45 million development that will construct 114 rental residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail across two new buildings in Packard's Corner. “Located steps from Packard Crossing and the [MBTA] Green Line, [40 Malvern Street] is ideally suited for working professionals and graduate students in the area,” said Carl Valeri, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Hamilton Company.
