Serenity exterior finish installation underway
Exterior finishes have reached the top level of Serenity's 15-story frame and are installed along a large frame section. Concrete has been poured on nearly all floors, and framing of interior units is underway.
Located in Mission Hill overlooking the Emerald Necklace, Serenity will feature 195 rental residential apartments and a 2,100 square foot retail space fronting South Huntington Avenue. Amenities at Serenity will include a swimming pool, a fitness center and a green roof deck. The following are photographs of Serenity, courtesy Newman Associates:
