Harbinger Development submits detailed plans for proposed Seaport hotel


Harbinger Development submitted a Project Notification Form (PNF) to the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) yesterday (August 9th, 2016) with detailed plans for the proposed 15-story, 320,000 square foot Marine Wharf Hotel at 660 Summer Street in the Seaport District. The dual-branded hotel would include a 245-room Hampton Inn and a 166-room Homewood Suites for a total of 411 new Seaport District hotel rooms. Approximately 19,300 square feet of amenities would be located at Marine Wharf Hotel including an exterior terrace, a fitness center, an indoor pool, meeting spaces and a 500-seat restaurant. Approximately 3,500 square feet of retail would be located on the hotel's ground floor.
