On 11/30/2015, Sun Condos LLC sold the 6 West Broadway project site to Six West Broadway LLC, a limited liability company whose owner, RPS Development of South Boston, is also developing the under-construction 14 West Broadway site next door. Sale price was $15,000,000. Sun Condos LLC's owner, Pappas Enterprises Inc. of South Boston, bought the 6 West Broadway parcel in 2003 for $1,350,000. A hotel is approved for construction at 6 West Broadway.
