Criterion Development Partners releases renderings of The Residences at Forest Hills
Jamaica Plain News reports that Criterion Development Partners has released renderings and site plans of the proposed Residences at Forest Hills, which would be constructed on an existing two-acre surface parking lot located at 3694 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain steps to the Forest Hills MBTA station. A Letter of Intent (LOI) to construct the project was submitted to the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) last month; the following is a link to the LOI. Per the LOI, The Residences at Forest Hills would contain 260 residential apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms as well as approximately 5,500 square feet of retail.
