345 Harrison officially breaks ground
We had the honor and privilege of attending the official 345 Harrison groundbreaking ceremony this past Wednesday, May 25th. We would like to extend huge congratulations and thanks to UDR on this important milestone. 345 Harrison will further enliven the rapidly developing South End New York Streets neighborhood with hundreds of new residents in addition to new retail space. Above and below are the latest renderings of 345 Harrison.

Pile driving and excavation are underway at 345 Harrison. A large section of the project’s sheet pile wall is in place. The sheet pile wall will reinforce 345 Harrison’s foundation and underground parking garage. Two new buildings will be built at 345 Harrison.

Concrete piles are being driven for additional structural support. Approximately 650 concrete piles will be driven at 345 Harrison. A number of H piles will also be driven. A number of piles have been driven along the north side of the project site fronting William Mullins Way. Pre-trenching is underway to remove debris and stone and prepare the south side of the site fronting Traveler Street for pile driving.

Pre-trenching underway at the south side of 345 Harrison
Excavation of 345 Harrison’s underground parking garage is well underway. A one-level underground garage with parking for 275 cars and 325 bicycles will be built along William Mullins Way. Approximately 10 more vertical feet will be excavated prior to the garage’s completion.

345 Harrison is expected to open in early 2018. Pre-leasing of residences at 345 Harrison has begun, visit UDR’s 345 Harrison page for more information and to join the interest list.
