South Bay Town Center foundation work underway
Concrete foundations are being installed for the future cinema and parking garages at the 720,000 square foot South Bay Town Center development in Dorchester. Across the South Bay Town Center site, which will host five new buildings on former surface parking lots, site work and utility installation are also underway. The 720,000 square foot mixed-use South Bay Town Center is expected to open in 2018. The following is an aerial photograph of the South Bay Town Center site:
