Hotel proposed for key Bulfinch Triangle site adjacent to under-construction Parcel 1B
A Small Project Review Application has been submitted to construct a 15-story hotel with 74 rooms on a Bulfinch Triangle parking lot. The lot is located adjacent to the under-construction Parcel 1B development. The proposed hotel's developer is LIMAC LLC, an entity established by Tom Mackay. Tom MacKay is the Project Executive at MacKay Companies, a Boston-area contractor.
