136 apartments proposed at major Roslindale intersection
Developers Nabil Bogus and Charles Gill have submitted a Project Notification Form (PNF) to the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) proposing to construct a 136-unit residential condominium development at the intersection of American Legion Highway and Walk Hill Street in Roslindale; the following is a link to the PNF. Construction of the proposed development would commence in the second quarter of 2017, with expected completion in late 2018. The developers have the project site under agreement conditioned on the project's development. Additional information about the proposed project can be found above.
