410 West Broadway approved for construction
The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved 410 West Broadway for construction at last night's board meeting. Located in South Boston, the new building at 839 Beacon Street will contain 24 two-bedroom residential condominium units and 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction of 410 West Broadway could start in the third quarter of 2016.
