Allandale Residences, 18 new Net-Zero Plus condominiums in West Roxbury, approved
At Thursday (November 17th, 2016)'s board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved Allandale Residences. Located in West Roxbury, the $20 million project will construct 18 new Net-Zero Plus energy-efficient condominiums in West Roxbury.
